Graduation
Graduation will soon be here!  We have two students and four home school students that are preparing for their big day.

We have a tradition of 7th and 8th grade students marching in for the program.  The class colors are black, purple and blue.  Eighth grade students will need church appropriate attire in those colors by dress rehearsal on May 31. seventh grade students may opt to wear black and white performance attire.  On May 31 we will practice our marching skills in church clothes which tends to be quite different than doing the same thing in tennis shoes and school clothes. Boys need to wear slacks, button-up shirt, and dress shoes.  Girls need to wear a dress or skirt that comes down to the knees, has sleeves, and covers the chest.

This year, we will be joined by 4 eighth graders who are part of our homeschool program and 2 seventh graders.
Other students will be receiving certificates for things they achieved during the year.  They should dress in their black and white performance attire too.

We will also be thanking our volunteers that day.  If you wish to give a card to a volunteer who has meant a lot to you or your children, this would be a good time to do it.

Looking forward to a great program!

Yearbooks and Parent/Teacher Conferences

Yearbooks will be available sometime next week.  Each student will receive one compliments of the school.

Students enjoy looking at the pictures of the previous year and getting signatures from their friends.

Parent/ Teacher conferences are coming up.  If you haven’t yet signed up for one, please contact either Mr. Mosher or me to schedule a time. This is my opportunity to share what your child has learned this year and what is the next logical thing to learn.  It is also your opportunity to share what you would like to add to your child’s learning.

Thank you again for the opportunity to teach.
